Your rights under Law No. 6698

You may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.

You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction under the statutory conditions, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Applications and contact

Submit an Article 11 request in writing or through another method allowed by the Communiqué on applications to data controllers. State your request and contact details, and avoid sending unnecessary personal documents. Applications are answered as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days; any charge permitted by applicable rules is communicated separately.
