Before you set sail.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reserve your preferred date and guest count in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted; availability is confirmed by our team.
Where does the boat depart?
From the Eminönü or Karaköy area. Obtain the exact pier and meeting location from our team when reserving. The business address is not the boarding point.
Does the guided tour include shore visits?
A licensed guide provides commentary aboard the boat. Landmarks are viewed from the water; museum tickets and shore visits are not part of this package.
Can children join?
Ages 0–3 join free. The rate for ages 4–12 is TRY 1,000 per child, paid to the operator on arrival. Ages 13 and above use the adult rate. Share each child’s age in your reservation request.
How do I cancel or change the date?
Notify our team at least two days before the cruise. The conditions of your confirmed reservation apply.
